Website and Podcast Update

 

Hello,

 

It came to our attention a few days ago that as many of you suspected, the site had been hacked and viruses injected into the files. First and foremost we would like to make it known that no credit cards were compromised,  as none of that information is kept on our server.

There were a few different problems related to this, including after logging in having a random unrelated account pop up.

The site has been cleared by two security experts, and many of the problems you have been experiencing will resolve.

The problem of passwords not working is not one of them however.  If you experience this problem, we advise that you clear your cookies and your cache.  Please also check your junk folders for return emails.

You should get two emails from us for a request to change a password. One to confirm and one with the password.

We are asking that if you have any trouble after doing this that you open a new e-ticket detailing the problem at our new ticketing system here:

For those of you having trouble getting podcasts to refresh, please log in
to your accounts, re-capture your URL, and re-do any links to iTunes and otherpodcatchers.

For those having trouble with the "Stephanie Miller app" please know that you will need to contact the app administrator for help with it.

Stephanie again.  You helped us to get our fundraising off to a great start yesterday.  THANK YOU!  But we have a lot more to raise before we reach our goal.  I just can’t stress enough how important it is that we meet our fundraising goal.
